Application Process

  • All applicants 18 years of age and older are required to undergo a background check. $100 fee applies per applicant (pluse $50 application fee)

  • All applicants over the age of 18 are required to undergo a credit check.

  • All persons over the age of 18 are required to fill out an application.

    Requirements:

    Application Fee: $150 (includes background check and credit report)

    Government Issued Photo ID and Valid Social Security Number

    Verifiable Source of Income
